Cards Undead是一款僵尸生存卡牌游戏，结合了生存游戏和纸牌游戏的元素。玩家的生存能力将受到良好的决策、规划、明智的资源管理和一点点运气的考验。
这款僵尸纸牌游戏侧重于战利品奔跑、与僵尸搏斗、现实生活事件选择、渐进式关卡、获得成就、构建牌组等等。玩家磨得越多，获得的奖励就越多。
玩家还可以在在线排行榜上与其他称为“幸存者”的玩家竞争。排名是根据玩家可以存活的时间来计算的，而这取决于已经过去了多少天以及杀死了多少僵尸。
