CATS STS allows customers to book, manage, and cancel their RouteMatch trips. CATS offers paratransit service to individuals who, because of a physical, cognitive or visual disability, cannot access fixed route buses. CATS Special Transportation Service (STS) is a pre-scheduled, shared-ride, origin to destination service. Our service area is defined as the area up to ¾ of a mile on either side of an existing fixed or local bus route. Service is available on the same days and times that the fixed route in the area is operating. To determine eligibility, visit us at www.ridetransit.org.
