This is a Wear OS app used for sailing race. After clicking on Go!, the timer starts counting down from 5:00 to 0:00 in one second increment. The face of the app is green from 5:00 to 4:00, yellow from 3:59 to 1:00, and red from 0:59 to 0:01. Then the face of the watch turns to all green ready for another race.
