[Compass]
1. Added Location Strategy setting: fused location (new default), GPS only, best location (original)
2. Will show prompt dialog if the location's accuracy is worse than 50m upon share or convert.
3. Will keep screen on by default to avoid screen lock in case of GPS cold start.
4. Added Time to First Fix to bottom sheet.
5. Added Renew Location option in menu.
6. Added language support for Hong Kong and China.
7. Fix GPS icon blink problem.
