Concept Tilt | Ver 1.0.1

General:
- Starting or restarting a level will begin after tapping the screen (not Time Trial)
- The maximum speed of the scrolling menu background has been reduced
- The game can now be unpaused and closed by pressing your device's back button

Tutorial:
- Tutorial messages will now require user input to progress
- No BGM since sound settings are only available after

Bug fixes:
- You can no longer pause the game when it first asks your Online settings preference
