This is an SPaT message app in connected vehicle environment. The App can display the real time signal information for the approaching intersection. The SPaT message is sent to the OBE from RSU via DSRC and then the OBE resend it to the smartphone via Bluetooth. The smartphone parses the message and display it to the driver.
