Drugs were the only ways to escape our reality. As for me, I wasn't so eager to dull the pain. I needed to stay alert. My time was coming. I was going to break free of this place and see my freedom once again. No way was I going to let my kind become extinct at the hands of these monsters. No way was I going to suffer a day longer at their hands. I was going to survive. But most of all, I was going to get my revenge. It was time these villains paid for their crimes...
