CPU floating window frequency monitor. This tool app creates a new floating window ( button ) that can be dragged on top of all activities. It measures current CPU FREQUENCY, so it is great tool for developers to test their apps. Bear in mind that this app itself creates a Thread that is updated every 0.3 seconds so it won't always show the phone Idle Frequency when doing nothing.
