This free app is released by Conference Room Systems in 2015 to provide an easy way to design USB based video conferencing systems for any room size. Room sizes available: HuddleRooms, Classrooms, Conference Rooms and Boardrooms. Simply choose the room your want to work in and set up your conference room with: cameras, microphones, computers, mixers, furniture, podiums and much more. Once you are done you can print out your room design and total up your estimated budget. This is a great place to start if you are designing a video conferencing room and you want it to be compatible with popular software such as: BlueJeans, Google Hangouts, FuzeBox, Skype for Business, MeetFree.US, WebEX, VSee or Zoom.US.
