+ Added a Welcome Screen with Privacy Policy disclosure and agreement requirement.
+ Changed the way to select Timers (from changing page to button press).
+ Moved the Add Interval button to bottom of Interval List.
+ Added option to select text to speech language source.
+ Added option to share completion of a Timer.
+ Improved how Notification at end of Timer leads back to app.
+ Reorganized the Navigation Drawer.
+ Increased the size of button hit boxes.
+ Other minor layout changes.
