Improved Dartbot setup dialog: better UI, always remember settings

Improvements to the voice announcer

Show info about current dartbot difficulty on the player selection screen

Add “Resume game?” bar to Tactics too.

Now delete guest players that are unused for 2 games instead of just one. Tactics and cricket games now also count for this.
