Data counter and speed meter

# Huge change for Android 6.0 and higher - new Android API allows to count statistics better, therefore accuracy is 100%.
# Added permission check with explanation, what permissions does. Without those permissions app can´t work.
# Added check if API is supported on device.

I am working on other features, like history and support for Android 7. So far I can tell that this version will work on Android 7, but not all features will be available, therefore I have to fix it.
