Major car handling update, much harder to loose control of the cars now.
Bug fix: AI pro level, not all cars starting race
Adjusted track start positions as some cars were colliding before the race.
Major performance enhancement, Shadow level now adjustable in options.
Removed excessive bumps from Waikaraka family speedway.
Bug fix: Start lights not always showing at race start.
Slowed the Audi down a bit.
