Desktop Hub for Samsung DeX

*NOTE*
Samsungs DeX framework team has broken the Window management system in Android 8.1.0 and above, so please forgive the start menu positioning bugs. Launching apps in fullscreen mode appears to be broken too, even Samsungs Game launcher app fails to launch games in full screen properly in the newer versions of DeX.

v2.42:
• Removed black titlebar overlays app in fullscreen requirement to fix newer DeX.

v2.41:
• Ctrl+Volume up: HDMI audio output.
• Ctrl+Volume down: Phone audio output.
