-Added Undulation and Correction Station ID to list of things that can be displayed.
-Added VDOP and PDOP to list of things that can be displayed, requires NMEA GSA sentences.
-Added estimated vehicle heading to list of things that can be displayed.
-Added additional data to the Mock Location provider for other apps to use.
-User can now enter the name of a stream that isn't shown in the source table (hidden streams).
-Fixed circular progress bar bug, didn't work on Android L (API 21)
