DigiLux: Fingerprint Gestures

Happy New Year!

This is a maintenance/compatibility release.

New features:

* Lets you put pop up actions in a persistent bubble so they are always within reach on Android 11+.

* Improves the algorithm for double swipe detection. This way If you keep swiping a direction that has both single and double swipes, the single swipe will take precedence.

API changes:
If you used the accessibility button shortcut in the navbar, it will need to be enabled separately in settings.
