Saves GPS location and time in photo EXIF tags.
Added Preferences feature for configuration of settings:
-manual offset to azimuth for compass correction
-selection between lat/lon and MGRS
-selection of time format between local and UTC
-selection of distance units between feet and meters
-reticle style selection or hide reticle
-show/hide system toolbar for fullscreen view
-show/hide center azimuth and bearing display
