In this update:

• Added German application language.
• Articles are now in the Media Library. With their help, the administrator can create a unique memorable text and detail all important information.
• Managers can now submit tasks for revision, which allows the user to make adjustments to already submitted tasks.
• Added a warning to the user about the removal of materials when changing the language of the content
• Added permission request for Android 13 notifications
