QUALUCA stands for "QUAlity of life in LUng CAncer" and means "quality of life with lung cancer". With this app we would like to contribute to maintaining or improving the quality of life of those affected. The app aims to motivate people affected by lung cancer to lead a healthy lifestyle. The app is also designed to help people integrate a healthy lifestyle into everyday life. The app focuses on three key areas: exercise, nutrition, and breathing/relaxation. The content is tailored to each person. We hope that the app can be of help to those affected by lung cancer after rehabilitation.

DELIA stands for "Digital Lifestyle Intervention in Old Age". With this app we would like to contribute to maintaining or improving the quality of life of older adults over the age of 65. The app aims to motivate people to lead a healthy lifestyle. It is intended to raise awareness of behavioral health issues, question habits and show ways in which habits can be broken and a healthy lifestyle integrated into everyday life. The app focuses on four key areas: exercise, nutrition, relaxation/mindfulness, and sleep. The content is tailored to each person. We hope the app will help older adults lead healthy lifestyles.
