Etisalat OnBoarding Chatbot

This release of Chatbot covers the following features:

Mobile App Features

• Candidates accept the offer accordingly will receive an email with a link to download the chatbot and their IRC Number.

• Candidate login to Chatbot app and enter IRC number, receive an OTP on their registered mobile/email address and use it to login to the application.

• Chatbot will facilitate the onboarding process by answering frequently asked questions by new candidates along with generic queries.

• Chatbot App has the capability to send SMS as well as email notifications.

• Feedback on the Chatbot by candidates - It is in form of 3 smiley faces which the user can select to indicate what their experience was. (Happy – Neutral – Sad)

• Additional number of intents along with logical responses based on grade, candidate type, gender etc
