changing History setting will remove existing history older than cut off
history list re-ordered by expense date (most recent first)
delete receipt images from device when history item is removed
reload item from History list
for Do Not Keep History setting, keep 7 days in case user needs to reload and re-submit
better network status handling for uploading transactions
better amount edit/entry handling after loading a transaction from pending or history
