Added "dark" and "blackout" theme options, along with the standard "light" theme.
Cleaned up some UI elements.
Updated read article UI back-end logic.
Added close button to enlarged images and ability to save images to device. Please note, this new feature requires adding new permissions to read and write to external storage.
Various bug fixes and back-end cleanup.
