Fibonacci Sequence Generator

Summary of changes in this release:

1) App compatibility with Gingerbread (2.3.3).
2) Use SQLite Database to store previously calculated terms.
3) Allow sequence calculations to pick up from the last known term.
4) Dynamically load/unload sequence terms from visible list as you scroll. This drastically reduces the memory footprint when loading large sequences.
