Frameskip 2.1.1 - Refinement Relish Hotfix

This fixes a crash with some Samsung devices which prevented the player screen from loading. Sorry about that.

Changes from 2.1 Release:
- Frameskip now has Android 12 compatibility
- Player screen now goes edge-to-edge fullscreen
- Tutorial features new animations
- Frameskip will now detect when it's missing permissions to open a file, and provide a way to fix it
