Please note that after installation you can set live wallpaper with any of following two ways

Home -> Menu -> Setting -> Wallpapers -> Live Wallpapers

OR

Home->Press Menu->Wallpapers->Live Wallpapers

Note:

It is live wallpaper so you can't open the app. you will need to follow the above instruction in order to set the wallpaper.
