According to base pairing rules (A with T and C with G), hydrogen bonds bind the nitrogenous bases of the two separate polynucleotide strands. An AT base pair with two hydrogen bonds, a GC base pair with three hydrogen bonds. In this game, you can learn the correct base pairing of nucleotides, and hydrogen bonds between the base pairs.
