Since switching weather provider from the now terminated Google weather service to World Weather Online, the weather data for the widget have experienced a few problems. I've introduced a new cloud-based weather cache to help with the load and to reduce the quota consumed at World Weather Online.

Also, this release contains some optimizations of the widgets themselves. The most visible of these changes includes more flexibility in configuring the All-In-One widget.
