悟空：超音速战士2是一款2D格斗游戏。

Goku: Supersonic Warrior 2 is a 2D fighting game where the player chooses a team of three to fight against an enemy or another team. There are various modes to choose from which can help bring up the player's character roster

There are also a few more features added in combat: The player's ki has been increased from 100 to 200, an energy barrier defense that can be done by anybody and leaves the player invulnerable

The games pits two characters of the DBall pieces each other in large environments, where they mostly fight in the air. There is the belief that there are special ball which, if can collected 7 piece, to grant the user one wish.

The player can use strong and weak variations of close combat attacks, and charge their ki to fire strong and weak energy blasts. Each character also has three unique "Certain Kill" abilities that deal heavy damage to the opponent. The Certain Kill ability varies depending on where the player is located - above, below or horizontal to the opponent.

A hard mode for advanced players that is unlocked after completing battle mode. More Power is received for every few levels completed, so the team used can consist of stronger players.
