A software to convert GPS track file of gpx, mps, plt or nmea-format,
created by GPS software, to the Tracks.bin file of Navitel Navigator
to see this track as "blue line".
Gpx2bin doesn't use ROOT-access to do conversion, but ROOT-access is used
to save a file into Navitel folder.
