Grantha Tumchya Dari

Granth Tumchya Dari is one of the first of its kind projects attempting to take books to readers…effortlessly & that too free of charge. Started as a thought of presenting a book on a birthday, it has spread its wings far & wide. It is a library for 35 desirous & deserving readers staying within a radius of ½ km. One box containing 100 books on diverse topics including but not limited to short stories, novels, biographies, autobiographies, science, history, translations penned by eminent authors to be exchanged with another box every 4 months. This ensures that readers receive literally thousands of books. This project started in Nashik in Maharashtra, now spans multiple cities in Indian states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh; has also transcended boundaries and reached countries like UAE, Netherlands, Japan and United States of America.

Two more projects have born out of Granth Tumchya Dari – Maze Granthalay for adults and for kids.

This app will act as a store house of thousands of contacts of Center Heads & their associates of Granth Tumchya Dari and will be very useful to all existing & potential Center Heads to locate and keep in touch with each other. This will help seamless communication amongst Center Heads and will also help the project take rapid strides globally to reach out to the entire Marathi speaking population.
