GRent-A Complete Home Solution

“GRent” is a mobile application which is specially designed for Tenure(Kirayedar) & Landlords(Makan Malik) for leaving pen-paper work for managing all room rent related issues like room rent, electricity charge, user’s id , contact and all history of their last room rent payments . Everything will be managed through android phone.

This application provides various facilities for both tenure as well as landlords such as landlords can add their rooms in this application with rooms all details like room rent, electricity rate cleaning fee, water fee etc so that when a new user will find room from this app they can get all details related to the room which will help an user to get new room easily with all details.

This app also helps landlords to share their empty rooms for putting on rent, on other side this app helps users to find new rooms, manage paid room rent history.

Landlords can assign rooms to a tenure and can manage their all details like Aadhar card , PAN card , user’s pic for security reason. Also their room rent history .

Landlords can track all their tenures along with their all records through this app. When user completes one month landlord and tenure both are notified through push notification that user has to pay their room rent and landlord has to take rent on that day.

A new user can search new rooms according to the location, and can see all the details of the room available around him.
