Struggling to talk with your guests over the phone?

Guests will call you requiring accommodation, and the conversation progresses to the stage where you need to tell your guest what your email address is, banking details and location.

Due to various factors such as poor call quality and different dialects this is most times very challenging. Often you have to resort to saying 'A' for apple then 'B' for book when trying to say your email address.

GuestLink allows you to send your lodge, guest house or hotel details to the caller immediately and live during the call.

During a call an orange icon will be visible on your call screen, simply press and hold on this button and an SMS will be sent to the caller. The caller after receiving this SMS opens the SMS and will see its from your establishment.

When tapping on the URL in the SMS the guest or tourist is taken to a mobile friendly web page displaying your establishment details. Details displayed such as your email address, contact and alt-contact numbers and including GPS coordinates.

The GPS coordinates allow the guest to program his or her phone directly from the SMS on how to get to your establishment. No longer do you have to try and explain where you are situated.
