Added an option to Settings to manually advance to the next question only on a wrong answer. Otherwise, you may be automatically advanced to the next question if it is answered correctly. When taking a Practice Exam, wrong answers are now also added to the Study by Weakness section. If you miss a question X # of times, you have to get it correct that amount of times before it is no longer presented in Study by Weakness.
