3D AR floating place names now appear above cities and settlements (Enable / disable from the settings menu).
The name may be partially obscured by hills if the settlement is partially behind a hill.
Names of cities further away (out of sight) will float in the air in the direction of the city.
Fix bug where compass point disappeared when looked directly at.
