Humana KADAM

KADAM App is design to map the complete Ste-up intervention to capture the progress of every student in the program. It helps the teacher to record around 539 competencies for each student and create reports of there progress on a day to day bases, which help the teacher to understand the change in each student and help them to hand hold each student towards a customized feedback and growth indicators.

Step-up is a year-long programme. It is help each child in formal learning and skill based experiences, engaging them for six days in a week. Aligned with the norms of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Step-up is a Multi Grade Multi Level framework, which aims to provide outcome based learning to Out of School children.
