Enable complexity setting for rectangle and oval pools.

Added a "insert point" command for voice recognition.

The deep end view for rectangle and oval liner plots is now on the left side of the plot instead of the right side.

The process type (quote vs order) is now included in the email subject heading.

Fix an issue with bounding box calculations for the plot that, on rare occasion, could result in the app hanging.

Minor fixes and improvements.
