-Fixed a Crash issue on PIA Sync related to Target API change.
-Updated PIA Target API from 23 to Target API 28 per App Store
Requirements.
-Fixed Crash when selecting "Location" field in PIA Edit Panels. Due to
Location Permission issue, will now prompt to request location
permission if PIA does not have it.
-Fixed issue with backup of PIA triggering on sync which could prevent
Last Sync time from updating.
-Removed "MS Exchange Tasks" options from "Add Account Menu.
