Application stability fix.

Based off the comment feedback, I have made the following changes:

Rework of the menu buttons for additional features:

History listing added so that you can reference your entered subnet data at a later date.

Long press to delete individual records or purge history in the settings menu.

Settings added to properly display application preferences and settings.
In-App purchase added for those who would like to eliminate the ads.
