For the ITPS Help Desk App, we added additional features so the app had more functionality. We added links to all of ITPS’ social media sites and an “About” page for users to learn more about the ITPS company. This app was produced for the school districts that we offer 24/7 remote managed services to. It allows them to easily “Click to Call” or “Click to Email” the help desk when they are experiencing issues with their technology.
