Added three new buttons on the Landing Page AppBar:

Track Application: Allows users to monitor the status of their application in real-time.
Portal Progress Summary: Provides a summary of portal activity and progress.
All Applications: Displays a list of all applications submitted by the user.
Implemented fully functional associated pages for the new buttons, offering a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Updated screenshots to reflect the new UI changes and features.
