In this version, we've introduced several new features:

- A workout bias in the Workout Player, allowing you to adjust the target power during a workout. Simply swipe left during a workout to utilize this feature.
- We've streamlined the process to initiate a training plan by reducing the number of required steps.
- We've also made technical enhancements to the Workout Player.
