Every year we organize the ICM Knowledge Parade: an event for L&D and HR professionals and managers. Through a carefully composed program with various workshops and keynotes, we will take you through the theme “Building strong and positive organizations”. Four elements are central to this day: leadership, maximizing potential, giving meaning and real conversation. We aim for special encounters, fun and inspiration!
