Kitchen Display for Clover US

New Features:
- When using Clover Dining, orders are now sectioned in Guests.
- Items can now be "done" individually within the order.
- Timers can start running when the cell is created, as new items from the same table arrive progressively.

Known Issues:
-Bump-bar does not work with items being done individually, but the touchscreen and mouse do.
- Condensed items will be completed together, and not individually.
