- Some improvements to LatLonGO SDK.
- Editing help improved.

Bugs Addressed:
- A number of internal bugs addressed in editing area.
- Addressed an issue on phone where zoom level and scale factor overlapped with attributes window.
- Addressed a few issues related to permissions.
- Addressed an issue where meta data information of the layers was not being displayed.
- Change in NetworkSecurityPolicy to handle WMTS layers visibility in Android 9 and above.
