Updated Leela Zero to version 0.17, should be faster than before.

Added region select option to narrow down searches to smaller parts of the board. Pondering will only suggest sequences that start within the selected region.

Added pass button and coordinates toggle.

This release incorporates 192x15 network 0a963117 from https://github.com/leela-zero/leela-zero/issues/2192 - this 15b network is trained on 40b games and is stronger than Leela Zero's mainline 192x15 options.
