An audio program that focuses on relaxation for stress relief, narrated by Dr. Stuart McCalley, M.D., Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Yale University. This program is divided into 5 segments that ask you to listen to and follow the narrator’s instructions. First, learn about and engage in controlled breathing. Second, practice point by point relaxation. Third, live in the present moment. Fourth, learn autogenic phrases, which are designed to produce a calm and relaxed state. And fifth, deepen your relaxation further.

You are encouraged to close your eyes, sit or lie down comfortably, listen, and enjoy, while Dr. McCalley guides you through these 5 relaxation practices.
