You can select the preference in settings and get the desired blinking light notifications on your phone when it is ringing for incoming call and receiving new sms. you can set timing for the flashlight alerts, make it blink fast or slow suitable to you from settings.

This is simple yet useful app to get light blinking in night time if you are away from your phone when it is in vibration mode.
