Multiplayer Fixes.

-The round now ends correctly when a player dies.
-Fixed an issue where the game would malfunction if a player ran out of cards.
-The camera now switches properly when the host starts a game and someone leaves.
-Increased the time a player stays in the lobby after minimizing the app, allowing more time to share the lobby code without the group disbanding.
-Fixed a bug where cards were still dealt to a deceased player. Mechanics now work as intended.
