1.12: Work with latest Librivox API
1.08: Slightly more family friendly; UI improvements
1.07: Disable SSL host check to work with Librivox site's cert.
1.06: Update to work with new Librivox API. Remove ogg support due to this (sorry).
1.05: Finer-grained download count to help with debugging
1.03: Retry downloads (configurable in the options) on failure or on zero-length. This should make the reliability higher.
1.02: Fix an unclosed cursor crash.
