- Add your family members: You can make appointments on their behalf and save the details for future use.
- Favourite your providers: Quickly book at your preferred providers by saving them as a favourite.
- Check-in with your phone: If your provider uses the HotDoc Check-In service, use your phone to check-in by scanning the QR code in the waiting room.
